17 concerts I’d like to see in 2014

Yes, you read it right. 17!!! I don’t know what’s going on this year. It looks like all the good bands / singers are going on tour. But even in my wildest dreams I won’t see them all. If I’ll see 1/5 of this list, I’ll be happy.

So… which concerts I want to see …
  1. Michael Buble – Vienna, Austria and Milan, Italy
Sadly I missed both of his concerts last month…
  2. One Republic – Graz, Austria on February 13 and Brussels, Belgium on March 4
Their concert in Graz is sold out. Great. I found out they have one in Brussels, Belgium. I’ll be in Brussels from February 27 to March 3 and their concert is on March 4. Yeah, that’s my luck.
  3. Robbie Williams – Budapest, Hungary on April 25 and Vienna, Austria on April 28 & 29
I’m seriously thinking about going to his concert in Budapest and spent the weekend there as I have never seen the city… or at least go to Vienna. We’ll see about that.
  4. Pentatonix – Vienna, Austria on May 6
This is so tempting but I still haven’t decided whether to go or not…
  5. New Kids On The Block – Vienna, Austria on May 15
The first time in 20 years they’re returning to Vienna. I saw them 3 times already, but my friends urge me to go a 4th time… I haven’t decided yet.
  6. Justin Timberlake – Vienna, Austria on June 4
I would really like to see him, but I think I’ll skip this time.
  7. Linkin Park – Milano, Italy on June 10
I would like to see them, but I think it won’t happen this year.
  8. Bryan Adams – Klam, Austria on June 19
I’ve seen him once in Ljubljana, Slovenia. I would definitely like to see him again but I think I will have to pass this one, too. Unless if he comes to Slovenia.
  9. Aerosmith – Milano, Italy on June 25
I’ve already seen them in Prague, Czech Republic back in 2010. This time they’ll be in Milano… but here comes the problem… (read further)
  10. Eric Clapton – Vienna, Austria on June 26
He has a concert just a day after Aerosmith’s concert in Milano. This means I’d have to travel almost 900 km in less than 24 hours. Nope, there’s no way that I’m going to both. What to do?!
  11. 30 Seconds To Mars – Vienna, Austria on July 1
I could see them in Vienna, but… (read further)
  12. Rod Stewart, Vienna, Austria
Rod Stewart’s and 30 Seconds To Mars’ concerts are both on the same day and both in Vienna… While I can’t decide who I’d prefer to hear, I know for sure who I’d rather see… Khm, sorry Rod, Jared Leto is smoking hot! As far as I know, I’m going to stay at home at the end.
  13. Metallica – Vienna, Austria on July 9
I think this is a concert that I’ll even see this year. I want to see them live for some time now.
  14. Scorpions – Graz, Austria on August 1
If they weren’t a part of the festival, on which there will be bands that I don’t even know, I’d definitely go to their concert.
  15. Il Divo – Ljubljana, Slovenia on September 26
I’ve already seen them, but since I missed half of the concert due to incompetence of the organizers, I want to see them again.
  16. Andrea Bocelli – Vienna, Austria on November 8
I’m a fan of his since I first heard the song “The Prayer” back in 2000 so I might even go.
  17. The Piano Guys – Vienna, Austria on November 11
I like them a lot, but given that there are so many other concerts I want to see… I think I’ll pass.

And if you think that the year has barely started… and someone else will definitely announce a tour…

Which concerts would you like to see this year?

One Republic will make a trip a blast? How? On the day they’re having a concert in Brussels, I’ll be already back in Slovenia.
I still haven’t decided which concerts are my “priority”… Sadly I can’t afford to see all of them. Not yet. Haha. This is a very expensive hobby.
